- Acceptance of the Audit Committee of the FY25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement.
- Acceptance of the November 18, 2025, SD1 Board of Directors regular meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for the construction of the Central Boone County Conveyance Phase 3 to the low bidder, MAC Construction & Excavating, Inc., at the unit prices submitted with their bid for a total of $8,486,000.00.
- Awarded a contract for the purchase of the Dry Creek Blower Replacement to Southern Sales Company for the quoted price of $210,000.00.
- Approved one new request for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
