The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
- Acceptance of the January 21, 2025, SD1 Board of Directors regular meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for the Electrical Maintenance testing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Electrical Certifications LLC, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $94,750.00.
- Awarded a contract for the Rehabilitation of the Fourth Street Flood Station Pump 5 to The Henry P. Thompson Company, at the prices submitted with their quote for a total of $88,622.00.
- Awarded a contract to all proposers for the Professional Geotech & Materials Testing MSA for the rates submitted in their proposal – DLZ Kentucky, Inc.; ECS Midwest, LLC; Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc.; S&ME, Inc.; Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; Terracon Consultants, Inc.; Colt Engineering, Inc. dba Thoroughbred Engineering; UES Professional Solutions 25, LLC (formerly Geotechnology).
- Approved four new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
