The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
- Acceptance by the Audit Committee of the FY24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement.
- Acceptance of the November 19, 2024, SD1 Board of Directors regular meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for the Trenchless Manhole Rehabilitation Services to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, MCSP, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $211,750.00.
- Awarded a contract for Tasks 1 and 2 of the Wastewater Flow Monitoring Program Assistance to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Gripp, Inc., at the unit prices submitted with its bid, for a total of $221,395.00.
- Awarded a contract for the Dry Creek WWTP Caterpillar Generator Replacement to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Lake Erie Electric, Inc., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $738,600.00.
- Approved the Change Order for the Misty Creek Stormwater Design in the amount of $38,514.00.
- Approved a contract for the Special Inspections and Testing Services for CBC Phase II to the proposer whose proposal is the best value for the District, Terracon, for the unit costs submitted in the proposal, for a total of $656,980.00.
- Approved four new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
