The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
- Acceptance of the January 16, 2024, SD1 Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the purchase of a CCTV Camera Truck from CUES to replace truck V-1273 in the fleet, for the quoted price of $290,658.
- Awarded a contract for the design of the Dry Creek Interceptor Upsizing to the bidder whose proposal is the best value for SD1, DLZ, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $514,787.
- Awarded a contract for purchase of Bio-filter Media to the lowest responsive bidder, Evans Landscaping, Inc., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $80,500.
- Approved five new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
- Approved the Storm Water Public Cost-Share Program with Boone County located at Sequoia Drive for a total SD1 cost of $217,500.
- Approved the proposed resolutions to accept the ARPA funds of $3,379,663 and accompanying agreement for Central Boone County Phase II PS and Force Main, and
$1,500,000 and accompanying agreement for Northern Boone County Phase IAi.
