The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
- Acceptance of the December 19, 2023, SD1 Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the change order to combine the design and construction administration services for the Kinsella Drive with the Brookwood SSO services to Palmer Engineering in the amount of $73,660.
- Awarded a contract for Geotechnical Investigation Services for the Licking River Storage Solution to the lowest responsible bidder, Geotechnology, Inc., in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $339,981.52.
Awarded a contract for the Licking River EQ Tank Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to the lowest responsible bidder, Glenwood Electric, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $296,175.
Awarded a contract for Targeted Interceptor Inspection and Cleaning Services to the lowest responsible bidder, Robinson Pipeline Cleaning Company, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $198,747.50.
Approved the change order for the Waterworks Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements Phase IV design to Cardinal Engineering in the amount of $48,535.
Approved five new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
Approved the Storm Water Public Cost-share Program with the City of Silver Grove located at East 1st Street for a total SD1 cost of $51,443.
