The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No.1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
- Acceptance by the Audit Committee of the FY23 Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement.
- Acceptance of the November 21, 2023, SD1 Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for Payroll, Time Keeping and HRIS System to the lowest responsible bidder, ADP Cincinnati, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $294,731.29.
- Awarded a contract for design of the KY-17 Corridor Tunnel to the lowest responsible bidder, Hazen and Sawyer, in the amount submitted with its bid, for a total of $93,065.
- Approved three new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
- Approved the revised SD1 Backup Assistance Program Policy.
