The following action items passed by majority vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No. 1 Board of Directors held Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
- Acceptance of the November 15, 2022, SD1 Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Awarded a contract for pump station wet well cleaning services to the lowest responsible bidder, Tele-Vac Environmental, in the amount submitted with their bid, for a total of $135,000.
Approved the repair to be completed on A-centrifuge at the Dry Creek Water Treatment Plant by Flottweg Separation Technology, Inc., in the amount of $51,862.70.
Awarded a contract for the PLC Replacement at major treatment plants and Lakeview Pump Station to the lowest responsible bidder, Lake Erie Electric, in the amount submitted with their bid, for a total of $2,030,000.
Approved four new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.
Approved two Storm Water Public Cost-Share Program projects with the City of Edgewood at Dudley Road and the City of Union at Whispering Trail for a total cost share of $539,760.
Acceptance by the Audit Committee of the FY22 Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement
Approved a resolution to be presented to the fiscal courts of Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties for their approval of a recommended SD1 rate structure.
