Post-Construction Storm Water Facility Maintenance Agreement (PDF) | The Phase II Storm Water Regulations require SD1 and owners of new and redevelopment projects to enter into long-term maintenance agreements for post-construction BMPs. This maintenance agreement is for public entities outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky and for all private entities. One original executed agreements must be submitted with the Land Disturbance Permit application for approval. The form must be completed in its entirety or it will be returned for completion. |
