This is a Request for Qualifications for a Project Management / Construction Management Information System (PMIS/CMIS). Qualifications are due by July 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. SD1 staff will review the qualifications and short-list the proposers. All proposers on the short-list will be scheduled for a demonstration of the system in which they proposed. Shortly after demos, SD1 will issue a Request for Proposal to those short-listed proposers for technical and cost proposals.
