How do I reset my Paymentus password?

If you are locked out of your Paymentus account and need to reset your password follow these steps:

  1. Visit our bill payment page.
  2. Choose, Forgot Your Password? and enter the email address associated with the account.
  3. You will receive an email prompting you to answer the security questions you entered when you created your account. 

Note: If you cannot remember the answers to your security questions, call Paymentus at 1-800-420-1663 to reset your password.
