If you are locked out of your Paymentus account and need to reset your password follow these steps:
- Visit our bill payment page.
- Choose, Forgot Your Password? and enter the email address associated with the account.
- You will receive an email prompting you to answer the security questions you entered when you created your account.
Note: If you cannot remember the answers to your security questions, call Paymentus at 1-800-420-1663 to reset your password.
