What if I fail to inspect requested open records?

If requestor fails to inspect the open record within thirty (30) days from the date of availability, SD1 will re-file the records in their normal storage location and the request will be considered closed. In the event a subsequent request is made for the same records, it may be considered an attempt to disrupt the essential normal functions of SD1, and SD1 may refuse to permit inspection or copies of those records.
