Second Annual SD1 Passive Easter Egg Hunt
Scheduled for April 16
SD1 Fun will present the Second Annual SD1 Passive Easter Egg on Tuesday, April 16, all around the District. (The treatment plants will have their event over two days - April 16 and April 18 to cover all shifts/schedules.)
I know what you're thinking. Yes, Easter is this Sunday. But with the economy struggling, everyone is effected, including the Easter Bunny. Would you believe he has to wait until he gets his tax return to fill the eggs this year???
(OK, maybe SD1 Fun is taking a breath between yesterday's Opening Day festivities and this year's egg hunt. Who can blame them!?!?
As a reminder, during the passive Easter egg hunt, plastic eggs will be hidden in various spots around SD1, including the treatment plants. The hunt won't be a snatch-and-grab style you may be used to. Instead, you'll find them as you go about your normal daily duties.
When you find an egg, just bring it to Human Resources (Main Office) or Janet Malone/Britney Carson (treatment plants) to redeem your prize. There will also be several golden eggs, which will be worth an extra special Easter surprise! Eggs will not be hidden in private offices or work stations.
Mark your calendars for April 16 (and/or April 18 if you work at one of the plants), and happy hunting!
