SD1 Welcomes Melissa Lusk

Sanitation District No.1 welcomes Melissa Lusk to the Accounting team as an Accounting Manager, to be replacing Debbie Vinson when she retires in a few months. Melissa started Monday, and we sat down with her for a few minutes to learn a little more about her.

Prior to SD1:

Before SD1, Melissa worked at Xavier University as Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager.

Family Life:
Melissa and her husband Ben have three sons: twins Nicholas and Alex (13 years old) and Sam (11 years old).

Hobbies: 
For fun, Melissa likes attending her son's sporting events, photography, going to concerts and running.

Favorite Movie: 
Solo: A Star Wars Story

Favorite TV Show:
Melissa enjoys true crime shows and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Favorite Restaurant:
Panera

Favorite Vacation Spot:
The beach - any beach.

Hometown:
Melissa and Ben are originally from Dayton, Ohio, and now live in Union.
