Justin Lafollette and Wayne Herolaga 
Promoted to Inspector

As part of our Strategic Business Plan Workforce Empowerment goal, SD1 is committed to hiring, training and developing top talent.

We believe strongly in promotion from within, and I am pleased to share that Justin Lafollette and Wayne Herolaga have been promoted to Inspector.

In their new roles, Justin and Wayne will perform inspections on the construction and rehabilitation of new and existing storm and sanitary sewer lines as well as green infrastructure/BMPs. They will be a critical part of the engineering team, ensuring that infrastructure is installed correctly according to our plans and specifications so that SD1 can count on decades of resilient assets to serve our community.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing current members of our team grow and develop into new roles here at the District. Please be sure to congratulate Justin and Wayne the next time you see them.
