Carey McLaughlin Promoted to 
Development Services Tech

As part of our Strategic Business Plan Workforce Empowerment goal, SD1 is committed to hiring, training and developing top talent.

We believe strongly in promotion from within, and I am pleased to share that Carey McLaughlin has been promoted to Development Services Tech.

In his new role, Carey will be responsible for project and work order setup within Lucity, assisting with the sewer acceptance process for development projects, overseeing the 1-year warranty processes, assisting in processing sewer connection permitting, processing line-locate requests, reviewing and processing Water Quality Maintenance Agreements and other development-services related functions.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing current members of our team grow and develop into new roles here at the District. Please be sure to congratulate Carey the next time you see him.
