Welcome James "Jimmy" Townsend

Sanitation District No. 1 welcomes James "Jimmy" Townsend as a Plant Operator at Dry Creek 

We sat down with Jimmy  for a few minutes to learn a little more about him.

Work Prior to SD1:

Before coming to the District, Jimmy cut men's hair full-time which he still does part-time.

Hobbies:

For fun, Jimmy likes outside adventures like kayaking, hiking and traveling.

Favorite Food: Indian Cusine

Favorite Vacation Destination:  Hawaii

Family:  
Jimmy is a native of Grant County. Currently, he lives in the Florence/Union area with his terrier mix, Sarge.  He is an uncle to 4 nieces with one more on the way.  Many of you may know Jimmy's dad, Jimmy Hiatt, who also works at Dry Creek.
