Steve Rump Promoted to 
Asset Renewal Tech

As part of our Strategic Business Plan Workforce Empowerment goal, SD1 is committed to hiring, training and developing top talent.

We believe strongly in promotion from within, and I am pleased to share that Steve Rump has been promoted to Asset Renewal Tech.

In his new role, Steve will work with the Asset Renewal Group where his primary focus will be on inspecting construction projects and enforcing SD1 safety policies and specifications on renewal projects.   

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing current members of our team grow and develop into new roles here at the District.  Please be sure to congratulate Steve the next time you see him.
