Phil Sebastian Promoted to 
Director of Planning, Design and Construction

As part of our Strategic Business Plan Workforce Empowerment goal, SD1 is committed to hiring, training and developing top talent.

We believe strongly in promotion from within, and I am pleased to share that Phil Sebastian has been promoted to Director of Planning, Design and Construction.

In his new role, Phil will direct and manage the Planning, Design and Construction department, which includes overseeing the planning, design and construction of wastewater and stormwater capital improvement projects. 

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing current members of our team grow and develop into new roles here at the District. Please be sure to congratulate Phil the next time you see him.
