Don't Forget Your Trail of Terror Pumpkins Tomorrow

A final reminder that the deadline for submitting a pumpkin in the Second Annual SD1 Trail of Terror Pumpkin Decorating Contest is tomorrow at noon. This is your chance to show off your creativity, impress (or terrify) your coworkers, and win great prizes!

Anyone interested can register their decorated pumpkin(s) today with Janeen Rutherford or tomorrow until noon with Jenn Adamson. Your pumpkin will be assigned a number and placed along the walking trail at the Public Service Park. Staff at the treatment plants can bring your decorated pumpkins to Britney Carson, and she'll make sure they get placed on the trail as well. There is no limit to how many pumpkins a staff member can register - just keep everything rated PG.

Photos of each pumpkin will be posted on The Pipeline, and staff will have an opportunity to vote this Wednesday and Thursday. Winners will be announced on Friday at 10 a.m. First prize is a $100 Amazon gift card; second prize is a $75 Amazon gift card; third prize is a $50 Amazon gift card; and three honorable mentions will be awarded a $25 gift card.

Pumpkins do NOT have to be carved - they can be painted or decorated any other way. The only limits are your own imagination.
