As part of its response to COVID-19, Sanitation District No. 1 has expanded its Customer Care Call Center hours to Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Expanding the Call Center hours until 7:30 p.m. will give customers an opportunity to speak with a helpful agent after work to make payment arrangements or handle other SD1 business.
