SD1 will soon be launching a customer portal with more enhanced features and self-service options. To prepare for this upcoming change, we will be adding a Portal Registration Number to our statements. This number will only be used after the launch of the new portal to assist with new customer registrations.
Customers who are already registered on our current portal, powered by Paymentus, will receive an email with instructions on how to set security questions and reset your password. By using the link provided in the email and following the three simple steps, your e-bill and payment information will transfer to the enhanced portal, eliminating the need for you to re-register.
Please note, if you are currently registered for e-bill or AutoPay, those services will continue uninterrupted. However, after the transition, in order to view your bill online or make changes to payment information you will need to use the link provided in the email to complete your registration.
Emails for currently registered customers will begin to go out in March 2023.
As we transition to an enhanced customer portal, we may experience intermittent web connectivity and longer than normal phone wait times. You can use this link to submit a non-emergency question online and a staff member will respond within 2 business days.
