Storm Water Capital Improvement Program
Sanitation District No. 1’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a cost-sharing program that allows entities to request funding for proposed capital improvement projects. In order for a project to be considered for funding, a Capital Improvement Request Evaluation Form must be completed by a city or county and submitted to the District.
