Proposed Rates & Fees Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2009

By resolution of the Board of Directors of the District, the following resolution was passed February 19, 2008: RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Sanitation District No. 1 hereby adopts the Proposed Revised Schedule of Rates and Fees effective July 1, 2008. Pursuant to KRS 220.593(2), the adopted schedule of rates and fees will remain open for inspection at Sanitation District No. 1, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., weekdays (holidays excepted) for thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice. Any person claiming to be aggrieved by the proposed revised schedule may file written objections to it with the District within the thirty (30) day comment period.
