Payment Options

• Phone: Make a payment over the phone with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card by calling 859-578-7450. The District also offers a Check-By-Phone option, which is accompanied with a small convenience fee.
  
  
• In Person: You can stop by the District’s administrative office, located at 1045 Eaton Drive in Ft. Wright, to pay your bill. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For directions, click here.
  
  
• Huntington Bank: Customers can pay their sanitation and storm water bills at any Huntington Bank branch in Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties. Payments made at the bank will be processed on the following business day.
  
  
• Mail: Customers can mail their payments to:

• Online: Click here to view and pay your bill online. You will need a copy of your original bill which includes your Account #, E-ID # and the biller's zip code (located on the green envelope included with your bill).
