Board members, employees and customers may use this policy to make good faith reports about employees including management, the Board of Directors or any SD1 project, operation or activity.

This requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws, regulations and policies, as well as maintaining the highest standards of conduct, integrity, ethics and objectivity. Compliance with this policy is the responsibility of every Board member and employee and individuals must not misuse the authority or influence of their positions in actions and relationships that may affect SD1.

The SWMP outlines the direction of NKY's storm water management program over the next five years. Content of the SWMP is a result of input and feedback from SD1, co-permittees, and the Storm Water Advisory Council.

4/1/2010Phase II Storm Water General PermitSD1 has managed the Phase II Storm Water Program on behalf of the Northern Kentucky region since 2003. The Phase II General Permit governs storm water discharges and water quality across Northern Kentucky. The permit contains requirements for six storm water elements that must be complied with;; these elements include education and outreach, public participation, illicit discharge and elimination, construction site storm water runoff, post-construction storm water management and pollution prevention.
