Mr. Rothert is a lifelong resident of Covington, Kentucky. After graduating from Holy Cross High School, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1977. Mr. Rothert is a registered professional engineer in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, as well as a registered professional surveyor in Kentucky.
Mr. Rothert joined Abercrombie and Associates, Inc. in 1978 and currently serves as Vice President and Partner. He oversees all engineering aspects of the company including residential and commercial design, zoning, planning, pre-planning, client contacts, and billing.
Mr. Rothert is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a past president and member of the Ohio Valley Development Council, past president of Bluegrass Swim Club, and is a member of the Devou Park Advisory Committee.
He has been married to his wife, Rita, for 31 years and is very proud of his two grown daughters, son-in-law and grandson.
