Sanitation District No. 1 has formed a Watershed Community Council to advise and inform the public about the watershed planning process and provide a forum for thoughtful discussion and input. The Watershed Community Council is composed of 54 members from a variety of stakeholder groups including environmentalists, local leaders and citizens.
