Project Descriptions

The District's recently negotiated consent decree features an innovative watershed approach that will comprehensively assess the cumulative impacts of pollution sources on receiving waters. The District has divided the three-county area into four major watershed basins, which have been further subdivided into 16 smaller watersheds to allow for more development and implementation of projects on a smaller and more manageable scale.
