Capacity Connection Permit Fee Schedule:   Single Family Dwelling Unit $3,000.00     Commercial Water Meter Size Capacity Connection Fee Up to ¾” $3,000.00 1” $5,300.00 1-1/2” $11,950.00 2” $21,200.00 3” $47,700.00 4” $84,800.00 6” $190,450.00 8” $337,825.00     Multi – family dwelling units   3 units; $3,000.00 4 – 5 units $5,300.00 6 – 12 units $11,950.00 13 – 20 units $21,200.00; 21 – 50 units $47,700.00; 51 – 115 units $84,800.00 116 – 250 units $190,450.00 251 - 500 units $337,825.00 over 500 units must discuss with SD#1 Multi-family fees can be based on the water meter or total number of units.
