- How is my Sanitation bill calculated?
The Sanitation bill is based on household water consumption. These readings are received from all six water districts. Sanitation District No. 1 bills are prepared by using the readings received from the water districts.

- If my water is turned off for non-payment of my sanitation bill, how do I get the water back on?
Once your water is turned off, paying the past due bill as well as a water district service charge is the only way to restore your service. Water district service charges vary from city to city.

- What are your office hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For 24-hour emergency service, contact the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant at 859-331-6674.

Sanitation District No. 1 receives customer move-out information from the water districts. If you are moving, you can contact your water district.
